Hello and welcome to my website.  I'm Eileen Matson.

I have been with Mary Allen Realty for 19 years.  Over the years I have seen and been a part of the incredible growth of the Island real estate.  From small cozy cottages to magnificant oceanfront mansions, LBI has always had, and continues to offer, the best in family vacation homes and investment properties.

My career is exciting and rewarding.  I have earned a Lifetime Membership in the Distinguished Sales Club of the New Jersey Association of Realtors. This distinction is only awarded to sales people who achieve membership in the Million Dollar Sales Club for 10 or more consecutive years.  I'm not a Million Dollar Sales Club winner once - I do it every time. When it comes to choosing a real estate agent, you can depend on my experience and knowledge. I have also earned membership in the top level of the Century 21 Sales Club every year since our affiliation with the number one brand name in Real Estate, C-21!

Professional recognition is rewarding.  But the true motivation for my continued success is the quiet gratification I receive every time I am able to assist a family reach a dream - a beach house on LBI.  Whether it's a one week rental or the purchase of a vacation home, LBI delivers smiles to everyone who walks on her sand, and I love being a part of that experience.
